Experienced Mortgage Executive in Columbia

Arica grew up overseas as a “military brat,” and found a unique way to serve those who serve, starting her career in banking nearly a decade ago for the Department of Defense Community Bank at Yokosuka Naval Base in Mainland Japan. There, she gained experience in customer service, sales, audit, and training before moving to the U.S. in 2015 to pursue her degree and continue her banking career. In 2019, she found her calling as a Mortgage Loan Officer. From her experience in the military community, Arica has a unique perspective on the meaning of home. She understands the value of owning a place you can call your own and the opportunity to create memories that will last a lifetime. Buying a home is one of the biggest achievements in life, and Arica says it is a privilege to help guide her clients through the process. She believes that homeownership is universal right and enjoys working with people from all walks of life to help them achieve their dreams. Arica is a member of the Cayce West-Columbia Chamber of Commerce, and outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing rugby, and practicing yoga.
