Meet Samantha

Experienced Mortgage Lender in Charlotte

After spending the last decade in entrepreneurship, financial services and real estate, Samantha is excited to pursue her passion of helping people with their home purchases, no matter what stage of life they are in, as a Mortgage Executive. As Samantha says, “A home is so much more than four walls and a roof. It’s a sanctuary and your place of peace. It’s where you build your life and memories.” She loves seeing the immediate impact homeownership has on her clients’ lives and helping them achieve their goals. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Samantha holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Gonzaga University and a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Portland. She has resided in Charlotte for more than two years loving the south and the people in this region. Outside of the office, she is passionate about ministry and mentoring young women, as well as partnering with a nonprofit The Helpers. When she isn’t on coffee dates or girl talk couch time, she enjoys training and coaching boxing, listening to music, being outdoors, and hosting people in her home, spending quality time with all who come through her doors.
