Meet Christopher

Experienced Banker in VOICE

Christopher is a Virtual Experience Officer on our VOICE team, Southern First's virtual office. Christopher has been at Southern First for over four years, starting as a teller and advancing to Client Experience Banker and Teller Leader for the Verdae Drive Thru before becoming a Virtual Experience Officer. He enjoys working in the fast-paced environment of Southern First’s virtual office, allowing him to connect with and serve many clients each day. He loves building relationships with his clients, many of whom would ask specifically for him when they came to the Drive Thru, due to the high level of service he provides. Now, those clients are delighted when they call in and hear Christopher’s voice on the other end of the phone. Originally from New York, Christopher grew up cooking with his Italian family and has really gone “all in” with this passion over the last decade. He enjoys cooking for friends whenever he can, especially by hosting “Mangia Martorell” brunch pop-ups at a local brewery. Chris also loves going to concerts down the East coast with his wife and watching the New York Mets. They have two dogs, Rupert and Sebastian, who they love dearly as well.
