Thank you to each of you who has connected with us during the first stages of the PPP Forgiveness process. We value your input and we have shared your experiences with our partner, The Loan Source. As a result, The Loan Source has temporarily taken their forgiveness portal offline to make some improvements based on your feedback and based on the SBA’s system being finalized, which occurred yesterday. 
 
To make your experience easier, The Loan Source will be modifying the Login and Landing page so that you can easily see all loan and contact information in one spot, as well as track progress of your forgiveness application. In addition, they are working to directly link with Payroll and Utility companies so you can easily upload information from those. 
 
We look forward to these enhancements being completed over the next 1-2 weeks and we will be sure to let you know when the portal is back online. Thank you for your partnership in this process!
