Meet Kim

Experienced Banker in the Upstate

Kim has nearly a decade of experience in banking, with over 7 years at Southern First. As Director of Retail Operations, Kim oversees our personal banking teams across the eight markets we serve in the Carolinas and Georgia. She cares deeply about others, which has helped her excel in both leading her team and providing relationship-first service to her clients. Kim is passionate about uplifting others and impacting lives in her community. She is a Co-Chair of the Southern First Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, serves on the board of the Family Effect, and is a member of the United Way's African American Leadership Council. Kim is originally from Michigan and an avid Wolverines fan. She has lived in the Upstate for 12 years with her husband, son and dog.
