Experienced Banker in the Upstate

Blair is a passionate leader with over 20 years of experience, most recently serving as Area Manager and Senior Vice President at Pinnacle Financial Partners for the last 12 years. As head of Southern First’s retail banking team, he strives to enhance the level of exceptional service and authentic hospitality we provide every client. He is incredibly passionate about lifting others up and fostering an engaged culture within the bank. According to Blair, he can never have a bad day at work because there’s nothing better than helping our team and clients grow. Blair is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and CBA Executive Banking School. He serves as Chair of the Greer Chamber of Commerce Board and volunteers with Greer Relief. In his free time, Blair enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as staying active though competing in Spartan Races.
