Experienced Banker in the Lowcountry

With over 20 years of banking experience, Brian joins Southern First with a strong client-focused approach. A Charleston native and USC graduate, he began his career in retail banking as a financial specialist and branch manager before transitioning to commercial banking in 2006. His broad background across retail and commercial banking gives him a well-rounded perspective and strong strategic insight. Brian prides himself on being a trusted advisor and has a reputation for quick solutions and the ability to get creative to help clients reach their goals. Outside the office, Brian enjoys golf, tennis, and boating. He also enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks with his wife of nearly 30 years, Karla, their two children and new son-in-law.
