Meet Jordan

Director of Architecture and Development in Greenville, SC

Jordan joins Southern First following 10 years in the financial technology industry in California. His career began at mobile banking startup, mFoundry, where he was responsible for back-end services, as well as financial reporting startup, BaseVenture, where he focused on front-end development. Jordan spent a number of years working at FIS after they acquired both mFoundry and BaseVenture. From having worked in both back- and front-end development as well as navigating the transition from startup to acquisition, he excels in managing development teams and mentoring his teammates. He is passionate about providing help, input, and support to the entire Southern First team and building platforms that benefit the growth of the bank. Jordan and his wife homeschool their children so as a family, they enjoy finding opportunities to learn together through reading and everyday observation and curiosity. They enjoy hiking and restorative time outdoors .
