Juan Carlos serves on the board of Read and Feed and on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee for several organizations. On the weekends, he enjoys competing in Spartan races, riding mountain bikes, coaching his daughters' soccer teams, outdoor sports, spending quality time with his family, and volunteering at New Hope Church.
