Experienced Mortgage Lender in Columbia

Natifha is passionate about helping others better themselves and realize their dreams, and when it comes to homeownership, many people aren’t aware that it is within their reach. As a Mortgage Specialist at the Dream Mortgage Center, Natifha is dedicated to helping bridge that gap, guiding clients through the mortgage process with care and ease. Natifha has been impacting lives at Southern First for over seven years and has a decade of experience in banking. She is easy to work with and provides excellent service and communication to her clients throughout their homebuying journey. Natifha is from Columbia and is a mom to three children. Outside of work, she volunteers as part of the Community Action Network for the Prisma Healthy Start program, bringing awareness and resources to new moms in the Midlands as they navigate the first 18 months of their infant’s life. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, trying new foods, and traveling as much as she can, especially if the destination is on the water.
