Meet Silvia

Experienced Banker in the Upstate

Silvia is a seasoned professional who has been creating amazing experiences for associates across the Southeast for more than two decades. She loves to work in environments that foster excellence and change management, while promoting a culture of inclusion and fun. She has a BS in Marketing and a BA in Psychology from Clemson University, and a Master’s in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business. Silvia also holds national and global certifications as a senior HR professional from the Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute. Silvia is the founder of Leader Design Co, where she offers leadership coaching and team workshops as an IEA Certified Enneagram Teacher. She is passionate about making a difference in her community and currently serves on the Greenville Health Authority Governing Board's Grant Committee, which shares funds in an effort to make Greenville County the healthiest county in the U.S. for all citizens regarless of socioeconomic status. She also serves as the Secretary on the Board of the Greenville Women’s Professional Forum (GPWF). Silvia enjoys yoga, running, and spending time with her two teenage daughters in her free time.
