Meet Silvia

Experienced Human Resources Leader in the Upstate

Silvia is a seasoned professional who has created amazing experiences for team members across the Southeast for more than 20 years. She is passionate about creating environments that foster excellence, create meaningful impact, and promote a culture of inclusion and fun. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Psychology from Clemson University and a Master of Human Resources degree from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business. She also holds multiple senior-level professional certifications through the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute. In 2026, Silvia was recognized as part of SCBIZ's Top 100 Women. Silvia co-founded Leader Design Co., where she provides leadership coaching and team development workshops as a Certified Integrative Enneagram Teacher. She is a member of the Greenville Society for Human Resource Management and previously served as a Trustee of the Greenville Health Authority and as Secretary of the Greenville Women's Professional Forum. Outside the office, she enjoys practicing yoga, searching for literal and symbolic rainbows, and making treasured memories with her two teenage daughters.
