SMS Terms and Conditions
Your use of the SMS ("Service") constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms, modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at anytime without notice. In the event that your wireless phone or device service terminates, your service is subject to termination. Southern First Bank does not charge for SMS services. However, your mobile service provider may charge you for sending and receiving text messages on your mobile phone or device. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile service provider for information about your messaging plan, as your provider may impose message or charge limitations on your mobile phone or device billing statement.
The data obtained from you in connection with this Service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. We may use this information to contact you and provide the services you request from us. We will only use the information you provide to transmit your text message.
You agree that we are not liable for any errors in such information; for any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service; or any disclosure of account information to third parties resulting from your use of the service. Your wireless service provider may collect data from your SMS usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own.
One text message per query. You agree that we are not liable for any delayed, misdirected, or failed delivery of any information sent through the Service. Delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and process by your mobile service provider. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tier 1 supported carriers are: AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, MetroPCS, and Cricket.
You understand that balances provided may not include recent or pending transactions that have not yet posted to your account and that other restrictions may apply. See your account agreement for more information.
You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your registered Device. In case of unauthorized access to your Device or Service, you agree to cancel enrollment associated with the Device immediately.

We will only send you a message one time and only with the information you provide. To discontinue service at anytime, text the word STOP. This service is only available in the United States.
When you accept the terms and conditions of this Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete and true information. We reserve the right at any time to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental requests.
